I need to answer three critical design questions.

ask me each question, let me answer, and help me sharpen
my answer before moving to the next one.

THE THREE QUESTIONS:

1. WHAT PROBLEM DOES THIS SOLVE?
   Help me get specific. Not "what's cool" -- what PROBLEM
   does this fix for someone? If my answer is vague, push
   me to get concrete.

2. WHO IS IT FOR?
   Help me define the audience. "Everyone" is not an answer.
   Ask me follow-up questions until we've got a clear picture
   of the person who will actually use this.

3. WHAT DOES "DONE" LOOK LIKE?
   Help me define specific, testable criteria. Get me to
   finish this sentence: "It's done when it can ___."
   Turn my answer into a must-do checklist.

After all three questions are answered, give me a summary:
- The problem (one sentence)
- The audience (one sentence)
- The must-do checklist (bullet points)
- Any suggestions you have before I start building

Start by asking me: "What do you want to build?"
