1. SUMMARIZE THIS THREAD
   Read back through our entire conversation and give me a tight summary of:
   - What we were working on
   - What decisions we made
   - What got built or changed
   - Any problems we hit and how we handled them

2. WRITE A HANDOFF DOCUMENT
   Create a handoff.md that contains:
   - The project/task name
   - Current status (what's done, what's in progress, what's next)
   - Any critical context the next session will need to know
   - Files touched, if relevant
   - Any open questions or things I was about to do next

3. WRITE AN INTRO FOR THE NEXT THREAD
   Write the opening message I'll paste into the new session so I can start exactly where I left off. It should:
   - Reference the handoff doc
   - State clearly what we're picking up
   - Give the next Claude everything it needs to hit the ground running
